Pleurisy Recovery Time
I just read an article in eleconomista.es just left me the creeps. This is another example of how the media try to take us hair for all end up dancing to the big economic groups (they belong to the media, of course.). Summarizing broadly, is that españolitos born between 77 and 89 we have to be putting the batteries and stop demanding so much that it will come out to keep our jobs immigrants the same educational level. Already have this fabric, which is not new. But what struck me is this paragraph: "The candidates are selected only are the companies that sold them to achieve capture some" And he is right, because for the crap wages they pay and all they ask, I'll have to cost people to swallow that way. Worth a look. Article not wasted. See if you stay like me.

On Poptropica Where Is Big Nate's Locker
Enchanted
I am after reading the article Perez-Reverte in the Weekly (seen through meneame.net), where he praises the heavy metal as a vehicle of culture (the word culture is not alien to a part of that world, "said specifically that it is).
aside the mythological references, filmgoers and music (which may be a matter for another post ), I have devoted some time to develop a list of literary references in groups heavy metal (all variants). There will be many more, of course, I just wanted to emphasize that I know and I find most relevant. As I said, I look at all styles of music metal (purists, no stretch of the hair), or just the ones I like me. Here is the list: Avalanch
- : among others, the song Cid (1999), refers to the Song of My Cid and feel of Rodrigo Diaz de Vivar, when he is expelled from their land
- Baron Red : include the song Sons of Cain (1985), which refers to the Bible and the story of Cain and Abel, who more or less all know
- Blind Guardian : their songs contain many references to books in the saga of Lord of the Rings, as the song Lord of the Rings (1990) or The Bard's Song - The Hobbit (1992), or the entire album Nightfall in Middle-Earth (1998), with songs like The Curse of Feanor , Noldor (Dead Winter Reigns) or Time Stands Still (at the Iron Hill)
- Cradle of Filth : the texts of Lovecraft and the Cthulhu Mythos are inspiration for many metal groups . Regarding Cradle of Filth, the can quote the song Cthulhu Dawn (2000)
- Grave Digger: Excalibur album (1999), is dedicated to the Arthurian legends, with songs like Pendragon, Excalibur , Avalon or Mordred's song
- Helloween : the album The Time of the Oath (1996) is based on the predictions of Nostradamus
- Iced Earth : song Dante's Inferno (1999) speaks of the Divine Comedy, Dante, in particular the coolest part (the description of Hell, as you can imagine) Iron Maiden
- : many are the literary references throughout its years of history and multiple discs. We have, for example, Murders of the Rue Morgue (1981), referring to the work of the same title Poe; Flight of Icarus (1983), about the legend of Icarus; To tame a land (1983 ) on the novel Dune, by Frank Herbert; Rime of the ancient mariner (1984), with quotes from the Coleridge poem of the same name, or Lord of the Flies (1995), based on the novel by William Golding Kamelot
- : Nights of Arabia (2000), is based on Tales from the Thousand and One Nights
- Wizard of Oz: the concept album The Legend of Mancha (1998) is entirely devoted to Don Quixote, with songs like Gilead balm, Windmills , Maritornes or Broad is Castilla
- Manowar: a fairly clear reference is the song Achilles, agony and ecstasy (in eight parts) (1992), about the Trojan War (The Iliad, by Homer) Metallica
- : Several literary references, from the Bible and Revelation in The four horsemen (1983), the English Civil War in For Whom the Bell Tolls (1984), based, presumably, in the novel of the same title of Hemingway, and before the movie and novel Johnny Got His Gun, Dalton Trumbo, in One (1988) Nightwish
- : song Beauty and the Beast (1997), reference to the tale of Beauty and the Beast
- Saurom Lamderth : with an entire disc dedicated to the Lord of the Rings ( Sombras del Este , 2002), with songs like Tom Bombadil , Mines of Moria or black riders
- Holy Land: several songs, such as Pirate Song (2000), musical version of the poem of the same name written by Espronceda, and others like Trojan Horse (2000) or Hamlet (2003)
sure there are many more of the same groups and others who are not on this list. Anyone is encouraged to add contributions in the comments?
As a bonus, I recommend reading this hilarious article of viruete.com , where he argues that the heavy metal these days draws rolero mass of teenagers in search of a group identity. Not wasted.

Women To Women On Masterbation
recently made a visit to Oceanográfico de Valencia, where is this photo. I liked the visit but also left me, on the other hand, a bitter taste. The facilities are fine, with their environments separated by theme (ecosystems), aquariums, lookout tunnels with sharks, rays, colorful fish, etc. However, it remains to show that living beings are locked.
If you try to stand at some point and you look carefully in one of them, you'll see that show a specific pattern of behavior, a periodic trajectory, with some chaos , but limited, a symptom perhaps of eternal boredom, or a surrender to the landfill.
The belugas were quiet, however. This photo, spent the entire time we were watching as it appears, back and head attached to the gate. Is it possible that one might feel homesick open space?
A feeling like I was with the Dolphins: the show is very nice, and very musical, and dolphins are capable of spectacular stunts. But they are also intelligent animals, with their own language and their own secrets. Are we truly realizing the full scientific potential?
Anyway, the visit is recommended. Everything seems, for once, well planned and studied. In addition there are workshops and activities for children, with drawing contests and others where is used to educate new generations about the dangers to marine biodiversity and the preservation of our seas and oceans. The same message is also transmitted along the route to all visitors.

Can You Play Mount And Blade On A Apple Mac?
This past week I had occasion to apply the lessons of basic electronics, helping to charge the battery of the bike an unknown student (or so I thought). I brand new battery pliers to carry in the car, and an LED flashlight without batteries (it wound with a crank, goodbye to batteries expire in the trunks of cars). For the student
unknown among the more than forty thousand souls that inhabit the Polytechnic University, is that my battery clamps, my flashlight batteries, my car battery and myself, we went to meet no more nor less than Pepe Iborra, one of our blogs linked, Date -> Maybe String (to see if you update your weblog, Pepe:)). It seems wonderful how close, sometimes, the links open circles of contact, following unexpected ways.
This photo is after the victory, when the theory worked and the electricity transmission allowed to start the vehicle. It is made by Pepe, with its iPhone.
I hope you continue to run the battery and it arrived on time to your appointment. A greeting. And when you can, you could comment on what you think of the iPhone.

Solaraze To Treat Warts
In four words: do not ever.
can not remember how I allowed that was installed on my computer (think Windows Update it decided for me), but it is a nuisance. Every morning when you turn on the computer is turned on and starts index elements as a crazy, slowing down all processes. And there are fifty or one hundred new items, no:
More than a hundred thousand, every morning. Is it my computer a zombie, by passing traffic a hundred thousand new items every day? It really intrigues me know what you mean Windows by "element" and where they come from so many.
This indexing process takes hours. And postponing the task is making things worse. For what little use the form, preferred before. In fact, I think I've uninstalled this version of the browser on occasion, but then again, crouching in an update "critical."
Does anyone have experience with the Google ? Do you spend it too?

Bisaya - Tagalog Translator
This time for work, in October we went to a conference in Maastricht and taking advantage of the visit, we went to Amsterdam to spend the weekend. In Maastricht we were in a hotel which looked very carefully 's Bergere, with a peculiar style, as you can see here picture of my room
Maastricht is a small town, clean and quiet. We could not see much, to attend the conference. Amsterdam, quite the opposite: large, noisy and crowded. It is very easy to get confused and end up walking down the bike path. And in Amsterdam bicycles are used extensively, in fact I saw almost no cars, everyone was going by bicycle or tram.
The houses in Amsterdam are narrow and ridged at the top with rings to climb the furniture. Many houses are crooked, I guess because the moisture is eating the foundation, but do not know.
Of Amsterdam have to see the museum area (we could not see), including the Van Gogh Museum, Dam area, with the royal palace and flower market , which does not sell flowers, but bulb (is it by the time of year?). Although it is best to simply take a walk downtown and wander through the canals of this bustling city, where you find sites with unique charm and people behind every corner. You can also rent bikes at a great price and emulate the citizens of Amsterdam, as though it may seem small, in fact, the center includes a fairly large.
Then there is the obligatory ride on the canals, which gave me the feeling of pacing the film Amsterdamned and a look at the coffee shops, and visit night at the red light district (red light district I do not know how to say in Dutch). there I could see things you would not believe , as a foreigner completely drunk on the floor on all fours with his pants down, quite drunk
another foreigner on him doing the cowboy , the two teetering dangerously on the brink of channel and all this in front of a window from which an attractive young female underwear inviting them to come inside.
A very interesting journey, in short, let me see the contrast between these two cities in the Netherlands.
As usual, these and other photos can be found in my little corner on flickr .

Average Distance In Shotput Fro 13 Year Old
Taking advantage of a small hole in the final stages of development of the research project, I write this post (very late) on my vacation in August. My wife and I decided to take a walk through the Black Forest Area, using the occasion to make a visit to a couple of German friends. The entire trip included a circuit through the Black Forest, from northeast to southwest (starting and ending in Freiburg Stuttgart), and a trip express to Cologne and Aachen (Aachen).
The route through the Black Forest (Schwarzwald die in German) was a Fly & Drive, where shopping all pack, which includes air travel, stays in hotels and a rental car. Have a sheet with the hotel management where you have to sleep that day, and you managed to get in the car. This way you have total freedom to move wherever you want. Whenever you arrive at the hotel before nine o'clock at night, of course, because if you arrive late and do not give you dinner anywhere. In cities, more or less you can have lunch or dinner when you want, but in rural Germany, if not walk in the door of the premises at 20:50, or you get some snacks, or you get to go to dinner beer pub (which is not such a bad option, either: D). For beer, in addition, each town or village has its own, some made there, some more good of the region in general, and all excellent and in generous quantities.
One thing that struck us is that very few tourists. In fact, I think almost all the tourists who are Hispanic or English, and German retirees. Talking about this with a native, told us that the German youth is not a lot of tourism within their country, but to go all out.
The trip was very good, on two fronts: the rural (villages of the Black Forest, as Sasbachwalden, Oberwolfach, Gernsbach, lakes and the Titisee, the Mummelsee and Schluchsee) , and the cosmopolitan, especially Fribourg (Freiburg), with its pedestrian area and its impressive gothic cathedral, and Aachen (Aachen), the residence of the Emperor Charlemagne with his octagonal cathedral with Byzantine mosaics, and its unique treasure that includes, among other pieces, the cross of Lothair, covered in gold and silver with precious stones.
If you want to see more photos from Germany and the Black Forest, in my Flickr page is a selection of photos from this trip.

What Shoes Do You Wear Under Kick Pads
After giving the corn a year old after the gigs, I finally made the research. This summer I decided I was not going to stand for the DEA, since exhibiting very good and I'm not in front of teachers, nor do I feel like I judge. Come on, do not want to go through this evil drink.
The paper has summarized my work as an intern while I was there, but what I did when I went out and control theory using algorithms of energy for nonlinear processes.
And finally, I stand here. From now on I will dedicate my time to other things more relaxing and productive.
take this opportunity to thank my managers at work, as they have behaved excellently and helped me a lot. And Sergio, for being my direct contact with the department in the poly.

Plus Size Hippie Clothes Online
My father has been proposed to speak English. For this we have purchased the course of the BBC that comes with the country, that with which we have given the stick by the TV ("real life does not have subtitles, my friend" ) for a while. Well, not really bought it because I think the number one gave it for free, from the number two and are 9.95 euros.
I ask for help to see the computer course, and when I arrive I find that there is a CD-ROM, and a separate DVD with volume 1. Moreover, some very pretty colors, but I see no installation instructions anywhere.
The course is called BBC Inglés Plus , and according to the culture section on the website of El Pais, is "the most complete course and developed so far, with new opportunities to learn, adapt to the rhythms of modern life, as described in the article. I quote: "Downloading the texts, videos and exercises in the mobile, MP3 or online can continue to learn while waiting in line at the supermarket or going to work." In fact, on the cover of the DVD can be read something like "The English of the century" (I write from memory because I have the DVD front.) So install
software, and I find a screen that lists all the lessons, and next icons to select which content you want: if video, if mp3, if mobile content, which if course online . There are some icons inch green, and all the other red. I go to the first section and give it to the video. Then I asked to insert the DVD of lesson 1, but nothing happens to it. Conclusion
after a while you move the mouse back and forth, reading the signs: This course software is a trap for unwary, for two reasons. First, because all the icons that are in red (almost all) are paid content, as explained in this link to the official website of the course. So if you want the mp3, mobile content or online course, you have to pay. This, I think, not what they say in TV ads. Yes, they say in the article the web, specifically say this: "With the first issue the reader will get a CD-ROM that allows you to have on your computer and get a free sample of each format: text, video, MP3 and mobile. " A very subtle way of saying that the rest of the examples and lessons are extra.
Moreover, there is a button to register that all of a sudden asks your bank data, which gives bad scene, because even for convenience, to avoid having to enter your credit card number each time you download content, it is also true that in this way and you can charge from the start every time you give a red icon, either by mistake or ignorance.
Having seen, I decided to uninstall the software from the computer of my father, and put the DVD, to see what happened. On this occasion he left himself an English course, with interactive content (I mean you can select the video of the lesson and if you want subtitles or not). However, when you start to see the lessons you by a sense of deja vu when you see everyone dressed as a chapter in Superagente 86, or you do not see even a digital clock anywhere. Not that the lessons are bad, is that they are the same as always with a different wrapper. At least as far as I could see Lesson 1. What can I say, I personally liked Muzzy.
In short, bad impression has given me the brand new English course offered by El Pais. I expected nothing else.

Sample Counter Offer Letter Auto
Following this crazy German video I've seen in Ubuntu Life (and after a little crying with laughter), I began to think of the common work situation the people who work in consulting projects for technological development. Normally, you're screwed at work, either because they have a lot of stress and loaded, you make a lot of hours without pay, they do not charge you think you deserve, the three boards, etc. And thinking about it, I have come to mind certain people I know who have this in common:
The work always goes well, have a good job, are comfortable, take on a pasta, will promote soon, etc. Of course, you who are tired of your gigs, you think, Well, a shit, I'm going to have to look for life. You'll watch the job offers, and you see that the market is still the same crap that was the last time you searched. And you get to begrudge the head.
Then comes a day when you find them again and they say they have changed jobs. The reasons? Eggs were up, they explode, they saw no future, etc.. And you think "Wow, this was not telling me how good it was? What seemed to be talking about putting your work? ".
Long ago, a colleague who had spent years in this, I said: "When I went to work, with all the old college friends that I met told me how good they were and the pasta they made. And I wondered if it was the only nerd Curran as a black charging a pittance, or is lying as villains. Over the years I realized it was the latter.. "

How Hard Is The Nln Pre Entrance Exam
Before I go on vacation loaded desktop PC in the installation of Ubuntu Feisty I had, because when you upgrade to the Alpha version of Ubuntu Gutsy, ceased operation in Matlab Simulink (not I have no idea why) and partition NTFS that was shared with samba stopped pregnant (apparently is a bug with for now.)
Yesterday, while doing the research that has tortured me this summer (that has done much, but I have been around for the mind all the time) with the laptop, I decided that instead of wasting time fixing the distro, you might try another to see such. Some time ago I had the fly behind the ear with OpenSuse , since in the new version been released, have greatly improved the failures that had, as was the slow starter (much like Windows when it takes 6 months without being formatted ) and the software package manager, which was not very fast.
So I downloaded the KDE CD of OpenSuse 10.3 Beta 2 (another advantage: Before you had to download the 5 CD's, have now created only 1 installation CD), and while working with Kile (best Latex editing environment that exists) and Matlab in the notebook, graph a bit, I started to install the distro on the PC. Have further improved the installer (if possible) before anything can be added semi-automatically and software repositories if you have internet connection. This means that if the version of a program that is on the CD is earlier than the one on the internet, you install the new one, so you wont have to upgrade later.
In short: in 45 minutes had the computer with all recognized by default and all software under Matlab, which I installed then, and that gives me problems with the Java virtual machine (but for something invented the command "matlab - nojvm ") necessary to continue working.
Ah Throughout the installation process only had to reboot once the system (out of the box) and once the window manager that starts with 3D acceleration enabled.
Come wonderful!
PS: I leave the screenshots of rigor.

Low Cost K9 Tooth Removal
"Like all things of this world, religions are subject to a slower force continuous and constantly tends to change its form and nature, so after several centuries is that a religion that always create the same but ends up offering to the belief of men other opinions: allegory whose meaning is no longer captures or dogmas in which only half believes.
