Washington .- At least 13 people have died a result of tornadoes that struck late on the states of Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas, in the U.S. Midwest, U.S. authorities said Monday. victims add to the 124 deaths and 750 injuries in Joplin, Missouri, when a tornado ripped through the center of the city on Sunday night.
The National Weather Service also detected tornadoes in Dallas and several North Texas counties.
This morning the Oklahoma Forensic Office indicated that at least eight people were killed by tornadoes yesterday, while police in Arkansas encrypted victims in that state in at least three, and in Kansas it was reported two dead.
